Corporate & Community Nutrition Courses
‘Stronger For Longer’ Launch in association with Healthy Sligo and Sligo Sport & Recreation Partnership.
I have been delivering Nutrition courses to the community , corporate businesses and schools for a number of years. These can be tailored to what the requirements are for the establishment. It could be a series of weekly talks spaced over a 3 or 6 week time period. It could be a ‘one off’ wellness talk for a corporate wellness day in a large business.
The talks are slide presentations, evidence-based, a bit of science, and includes a snack or a healthy treat for the participants to try. I always like to have a bit of fun with this because although health is a serious matter, being healthy should be enjoyable with no shame allowed!

Maybe you have an all-women workforce that would greatly benefit from a talk about hormones, peri-menopause , menopause, and how to walk that road, being healthy with plenty of energy and a balanced mood.
